LegalServer case management software enhances performance for non-profit legal aid agencies, university law schools and public defenders. Through a cloud-based hosted platform we are improving legal case handling and providing insights to legal staff and management for making more informed decisions faster.As Project Manager, I work with a team to help new clients onboard to LegalServer. Through a combination of system and business analysis, we customize portions of the user interface, processes, and reports to ensure that each instance of LegalServer meets the unique needs of the agency. We also work intensively with agencies to map the data from their source system into LegalServer, working with a variety of homegrown and enterprise databases and data structures. During my time at LegalServer, we have increased onboarding capacity year over year, going from a team of two to a team of four, doubling the number of agencies currently onboarding at any one time, doubling the overall number of successful launches and decreasing the amount of time of the average onboard by 3 months.
