Efficiency analysis and detection of improvement focus (2019-2020). Reporting area: analysis and efficiency of the reporting system (2021-2022). Analysis of the mortgage process and detection of efficiency and outsourcing points (2020). Reporting model: Analysis and streamlining of reporting operations, implementing a new management model (tool and management procedures). Setting up of the BI information system: Migration of reports from different systems to Qlik and design of the QM with the main KPI's (2014-2018). Management of the banking consolidation process: integration of former banks to the Caixabank structure, from Caixa Girona (2010) to Bankia (2020). Organizational and operations analysis and updating of La Marató activities (2010-2011).Main clients: Caixabank/Caixabank Operational Services, Servihabitat, GrupoBC, Arquia
