-Open or Close Store,-Supervise 5 to 20 Associates,-Manage Associates to ensure Sale Goals are met and Company Standards are upheld, -Train associates on Visual Merchandising and Sell-Through Strategies,-Manage Departments, (Men’s, Women’s, Kids, and Accessories)-Generate Sales, -Achieve Personal and Store Sales Targets, -Review and Compare Previous Sales,-Ensure Customer Oriented Focus,-Uphold Company Guidelines and Policies,-Manage Payroll-Audit Daily Paperwork,-Review CCTV Footage,-Investigate Losses and Thefts,-Ship and Receive Transfers and Shipments, Inventory Recalls,-Supply Orders,-Execute Head Office Plans and Demands,-Contact Human Resources,-Take Care of Damaged Goods, Charity Work, Etc.-Set New Floor Map to given Directives, (Every 3 months)-Report to Store Manager and District Manager.Other Areas of Responsibility;-Stock Room Supervisor, (Merchandise and Hardware Organization, Quantity, Inventory, Cleanliness) -Health and Safety, (JHSC Certified Member and Manager, First Aid & AED Certification, Ladders, Fire Extinguishers, Weight Handling, Etc.)-Loss Prevention

On a Daily basis I would; -Generate Sales,-Educate Customers on Product,-Co-Manage Departments,-Open Merchandise, -Replenish Merchandise on the Sales Floor, or store in Stock Room,-Place New Merchandise on the Sales Floor,-Move Merchandise to generate more sales,-Use the Cash Registers to check-out Customers who are Buying, Exchanging or Returning,-Ship and Receive Transfers and Shipments,-Promote Store Standards, and-Promote Cleanliness.On a Weekly basis I would; - Change Signage to current Store Sales and Promotions.-Work on Mannequin Presentations, (Dress, Change to Details Given)-Co-lateral Displays, and-Window Displays.On a Monthly basis I would; -Rotate Store Merchandise, (For Seasonal or Promotional Changes)-Train new Sales Associates, and -Help with the Inventory Audit. (Once a Year)
