- Working with the director and head of the technical department to determine requirements & job descriptions for new opening positions.- Sourcing and approaching potential candidates from all sources: Job boards, social media, tools, etc.- Experienced with processing interviews: Analyze profile, screen, contact candidates, arrange schedule, prepare for job offers, and inform interview results to candidates. - Preparing onboard plans for newcomers.- Responsible for continuously updating and maintaining the recruitment database.- Doing (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports to the Line Manager to control the quantity and quality of jobs.- Working on some recruitment projects & events: Job fair, company tour, career day, etc.- Handling all referral and active apply cases.- Training internship members.

- Learning how to evaluate a CV.- Following the requirements from leader and selecting suitable CV for each position.
