First and foremost, I am a problem solver. Working with youth in the non-profit sector means I’m pretty regularly thrown curveballs and asked to work through challenges and questions on the fly. Just as often, however, I am able to experience moments of excitement, joy, and pride as I witness students growing and learning through the work we do. This is why I am passionate about youth leadership, mentorship and development, and education. My experiences as a community youth leader, professional coach and mentor, and youth advocate have put me in positions where I have been able to not only manage projects, programs, and curriculum, but also nurture the minds of students, and affect change in meaningful ways. I bring a mixture of energy, creativity, dedication, and customer service to my roles, and help my teams build relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders as well.
