Research Group focused on: Algorithms, Big Data, Analysis, Sensors and Geoinformatic applications.This research group offers the following technological services:- Design and development of algorithms applied to engineering.- Big Data modeling and exploitation.- Multivariate geospatial analysis.- Development of multi-sensor applications in 3D environments.- Integration and management of geoinformatic applications.In this research group, Xesús Pablo directed and continues to direct several doctoral theses, as well as more than 50 graduation dissertations related to the analysis of spatial data.

The University of Santiago de Compostela, founded in 1495, maintains one of the most important academic traditions in Europe. The Polytechnic School of Elche (EPSE), within Orihuela Campus, is the centre for engineering undergraduate and master studies. Annually over 450 new students apply for studies in Telecommunications and Industrial Engineering, in an school with approximately 2.300 students.Xesús Pablo is currently teaching in the 'Master's Degree in Automation and Telecontrol'.

METACORTEX is a corporate group with more than 100 employees distributed in three offices in Lisbon (Portugal), Lugo (Spain) and São Paulo (Brazil). It was established as a Spin-Off of the Technical University of Lisbon and Xesús Pablo González participated as a founder and CEO. In addition, Xesús Pablo was responsible for the Engineering Business Unit, which carried out projects, construction management, quality control, etc. in works such as roads, gas pipelines, power lines, dams, landfills, quarries and mines, tunnels and bridges. The scope of action of these projects is Europe, Latin America and Africa.

AgroSoft Consultores is a company whose purpose is developing computer applications; researching on resource management; purchasing and selling computer and communication equipment; training and consulting about information management; developing geographic information systems and publishing information on the internet. The company owns the trademark Aldara, which carries out its activity. Xesús Pablo González was founder of that company, also performing the position of CEO, managing the staff of the company and controlling the execution of all IS/IT projects.

TIGA provides geo-survey services, as well as drafting of the protocols and projects, managing and controlling civil engineering projects. Xesús Pablo González was one of the founders and technical manager of the works carried out by this company: topographic surveys, bathymetries, bridge construction and control of large earthmoving works.

Xesús Pablo worked as an independent engineer. Several construction projects can be highlighted during this period, as well as the drafting of technical reports on engineering works and installations.
