As the technical and team leader at Pasiona's Projects Department, my primary focus lies in effective people management and the definition of application architecture. I oversee a highly talented team of over 20 professionals, working closely to ensure the success of our projects.In my current role, I lead and motivate a dynamic team in the development of various applications, ranging from web solutions and APIs to mobile applications. Collaboration and personal development are fundamental aspects of my leadership approach.The definition and support of application architecture are integral to my daily responsibilities. I employ a robust technological stack, including C# .NET Core, Maui, UWP, WPF, React Native, and React. I work closely with the team to ensure efficient and secure implementations, adhering to security standards and deploying around 80% of projects in Azure environments. I prioritize environment separation and the automation of tests, CI, and CD.I collaborate closely with Agile methodologies and utilize DevOps to ensure project efficiency and continuous delivery. I conduct detailed analyses of client requirements, consultancies to obtain functional analyses, and provide precise estimates of time and cost. As part of the process, I generate proposals and strategic project plans, merging technical skills with a deep understanding of the business to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.My experience in this role and previous positions has allowed me to develop a solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, as well as leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills. As Head of the Mobility and Desktop Department at Pasiona, I play a key role in the development and management of applications for iOS, Android and Windows. In addition, I am in charge of creating the necessary APIs for our mobile applications and in the case that Pasiona's web department also participates, we also develop the apis for their department.In my current position, I lead and manage development teams, providing technical support to my colleagues and fostering collaboration.
