Key user on JDEdwars and ORACLE ERP's• Tax declarations and reporting to Authorities supervision.• Financial support to Operations team.• Financial support to Commercial team and Management.• Risk revision on supply contracts with Public Administration and private parties.• Contact Person on relations with Tax and other local authorities.

Leading the Regional Spanish and Portuguese F&A team of four persons, reporting to European VP Finance and Administration. Key responsibilities in the Region:• Ensuring quality and timely completion of cost and financial accounting including regular accruals and reconciliations.• Ensuring quality and timely completion of internal reporting to German Head office.• Monitoring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.• Preparation of cost budget and forecast , Cost centre deviations analysis and proposal for corrective actions.• Management of accounts payables, purchasing and Intercompany balances.• Management of accounts receivable collections, past due analysis and bad debt .• Management of Tax filings and relations with Authorities.• Support to Regional Sales Manager and Sales Organization on commercial contracting and public tendering.• Organisation of stocktakes, variances reporting and analysis of incidences for improvements.
