Beginning as a PHP Developer, I collaborated closely with QA to enhance our quality assurance processes in the early stages. Over the years, I have assumed roles such as Scrum Master, Team Lead, Associate Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager, consistently refining processes, fostering a cohesive team dynamic, and ensuring timely project deliveries. My responsibilities have entailed seamless coordination with Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and multiple teams, aligning efforts toward shared objectives and driving success through effective teamwork.In my current role, my focus primarily revolves around collaborating closely with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to ensure that features are meticulously planned and well-solutioned. I work diligently to eliminate any blockers hindering the team's progress, promptly resolving interdependencies to maintain a seamless workflow. By prioritizing business objectives and proactively planning ahead, our team strives to deliver projects punctually, aligning our efforts with the overarching goals of the organization.
