x (they/themme; ze/hir; fae/faer) is a Hypermobile+, Disabled, TRANSdisciplinary artist (and curator/organizer/consultant/intimacy coordinator) of Afro-Asian descent. They are a performer, mover, wiggler, fidgeter, and multi-faceted entertainer currently based on the unceded land of the Munsee Lenape and Canarsie Indigenous folk. Like many artists, x is so self-involved they use their own lived experiences, mishaps, and misfortunes as the premise for all their projects. A repetitive failure, x has mastered the art of "speaking from the I" so well that even their confusing, abstracted, conceptual art is still about themme and their problems. x's chief complaints and primary antagonists include the Medical Industrial Complex, the Child "Welfare" System, recurrent major depression, gluten, karma, and boys. x is sad, trans, and tired of trauma porn, so they are trying to make more jokes in their artistic practice by using the ancient art form of humor, sometimes called comedy. x is jaded yet obsessed with the politics of performance. x is more than their 3 penetrable holes and more than their accomplishments. Create timed logs for DJ shifts, add new music into computers (Selector and Audiovault programs), organize music library, oversee completed logs, and supervise Programming Assistant. Disc Jockey and on-air personality for regular programming, and specialty shows: Couch for Sale, Velvet Mixtapes. Review new albums and up-and-coming artists for bi-weekly music review committee.

Reported to the MCB studios and alternately stayed on dorm duty at University of Miami each week, with supervision of approximately 200 students (ages 12-18). Served as Residential Assistant at UM dorms: 23 students on floor (ages 16-18). Accompanied students on formal large group excursions, supervised pool trips, and errand runs with younger students. Provided minor medical assistance, moderate lifting, monitored security of students, and responsible for confidential and medical information for the dancers.

Worked in all brand zones of the store, maintained cleanliness, and stylized clothing within each section. Worked as a fitting room attendant and regularly as a cashier, with exchange and return privileges.

Conducted various research and created spreadsheets and word documents for inventory. Assisted in rebooting the website: re-sized images in Photoshop, created portfolio entries for artworks, uploaded articles, and proofread particulars. Handled and transported artwork, on occasion.

My first job was as a Junior Counselor at the prestigious Belen Jesuit Wolverine Summer Camp. Working in a group of 7 counselors, we guided, assisted, and mentored a group of 75+ 6-8 year old gxrls. I made phone calls to parents, helped to resolve and mediate conflicts between campers, took campers to first aid, and facilitated activities. Received counselor of the week.
