Study Manager
Current• Managing the overall execution of PEA and PFS level studies, scoping studies, and technical updates while ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and fit for purpose.• Assisting in establishing project strategy and monitoring critical path schedules and deliverables.• Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with management, clients, team members, and other key stakeholders.• Coordinating multi-discipline engineering efforts for timely preparation, evaluation, and delivery of project deliverables• Ensuring that study and project risks are adequately addressed and communicated to key stakeholders.• Monitoring project cost, progress and schedule reports and develop and execute action plans to correct.• Managing the development of project capex models and financial models to support client projects.• Leading the delivery of regulatory documentation such as NI 43-101 reporting• Contributing to the ongoing development of the Studies Team to deliver best practice solutions through the application of knowledge of industry developments and experience of past trends or different situations.
