World Bank – Finance & Markets – Latin America o Conducted an information technology due diligence of a Mexican government bank as part of the appraisal of a $400 million loan for expanding rural and agricultural financial services. Made recommendations on the areas the government bank needed to improve prior to receiving the World Bank loan.o Assessed the use of remittances to advance financial inclusion and productive investments. Reviewed and analyzed interventions that sought to channel remittances toward productive investments at both household (i.e. microfinance loans, SME loans, savings, insurance) and public sector levels (i.e. diaspora bonds, diaspora direct investment and diaspora venture capital). Outline recommendations for policy actions to incentivize productive investments of remittances.

- Manage the replacement of an online banking platform for a US based mid-sized bank. The total budget for this project is of $28 million. Oversee every aspect of the implementation, including systems/application integration, quality assurance testing, project budgets and financial reporting.- Set up the program management office (PMO) for the implementation of a $25+ million digital banking application (online and mobile banking) for a regional bank in the US. The set-up of the PMO included governance structure, PMO monitoring and communications tools as well as daily/weekly reports

Headed Accion's Channels and Technology practice for Asia (India, China, Myanmar, and Philippines). Led the implementation of multiple complex technology projects (i.e. mobile banking, banking applications) by developing work plans, allocating budget resources and staff, and supervising consultants. Advised financial institutions on how to effectively use technology for fostering financial inclusion.

Successfully managed the implementation of banking solutions, including the evaluation and selection of technology partners, mapping out of technical and operational requirements, overseeing the compliance with local regulations, ensuring software is delivered as per requirements, and providing proper training to staff and customers.
