Made recommendations on the areas the government bank needed to improve prior to receiving the World Bank loan.o Assessed the use of remittances to advance financial inclusion and productive investments. Reviewed and analyzed interventions that sought to channel remittances toward productive investments at both household (i.e. microfinance loans, SME loans, savings, insurance) and public sector levels (i.e. diaspora bonds, diaspora direct investment and diaspora venture capital). Outline recommendations for policy actions to incentivize productive investments of remittances.

Oversee every aspect of the implementation, including systems/application integration, quality assurance testing, project budgets and financial reporting.- Set up the program management office (PMO) for the implementation of a $25+ million digital banking application (online and mobile banking) for a regional bank in the US. The set-up of the PMO included governance structure, PMO monitoring and communications tools as well as daily/weekly reports
