Responsible for developing enterprise Voice & SMS solutions (communication APIs) within a CPaaS product:- prioritizing product backlog items against established roadmap and coordinating dependencies with PO- owning sprint backlog and implementation of new product initiatives as full-cycle projects- developing and managing customer requirements, detailed project schedules and work plans- facilitating release and sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives and other Scrum-related processes- mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals-

maintenance and modernization of Moscow transport model: development plan, functional requirements, work regulations within the project, setting programming tasks, monitoring the timing and quality of execution, developing project documentation, managing communications with the customers' departments and contractors;- planning of territories and development of road transport infrastructure: collecting requirements, calculating the socio-economic effect of implementation, developing presentation materials for the top management of the Moscow Government, participating in tenders (incl. estimations for R&D, construction and installation works, etc.), managing a team of analysts, specialists, methodologists- data collection (organizations and departments of the Moscow Government), processing (geocoding, etc.) and integration into a single repository (Oracle BI), social research, etc.
