Senior Project Engineer
Current* Management: Develop and manage concurrent project schedules for a team of up to 10 engineers. Manage proposal development activities. Coordinate and reallocate resources to meet evolving project requirements.* Integration: Lead multi-national partner feasibility studies, concept of operations definition, systems requirements definition, critical design reviews, qualification reviews, etc. Negotiate issue resolution plans to ensure successful and on-time project completion while minimizing resource expenditures.* Manufacturing: Provide lead work-site engineering support for verification of proper hardware fabrication techniques, installation methods and hardware closeout configurations. Status daily project management briefings with customer to ensure timely resolution of system issues and eliminate potential work stoppage issues.* Analysis: Develop and execute multivariate analysis plans to identify complex system inter-dependencies and meet design and operations needs. Define and evaluate test processes and procedures, correlate and implement test performance data into end user products.* Operations: Identify, disseminate, coordinate, integrate and resolve rapidly evolving systems performance issues during high-visibility space-based operations.
