Responsibility:  Organization capability and effectiveness enhancement:- Support in organizational diagnosis, identify organization issues and requirements, provide consulting on process/organization structure/ role responsibility optimization.- Leadership development path and method design. Competence model build up and implementation in brunches. Support in organization performance assessment design , deploy to departments with KPI requirement and incentive policies. Talent management system build up and implement, including:- Assessment tools designed base on competences and job requirement for key positions and HIPO talents;- Talent review and talent pipeline build up for key positions.- Talent development program design and management, process follow up and effect evaluation.- Succession planning designKey Achievement / Program:  Organization structure optimized, ensured organization effectiveness, increased personnel efficiency ratio and effectively reduced labour cost to meet business needs. JD & Qualification system built up and implemented base on process analysis, Standardized the requirements and process in each branch, increased business effectiveness. Through talent review and talent development, identified the potential talents , built up the talent pipeline, ensured the talents needs of quick business expansion from 0 to 10+ operation brunches. Support in Human resource integration in mergers and acquisitions.

Supporting scope (Total about 300 staffs):Departments of IT, FIN, Purchasing, Logistic, Lab, Strategy, Communication, Legal , etc. in APAC Region, and one BU sales team in China.

Partner with business (Pharma Technical Division., covered around 200 employees) in business strategic plan, provide HR support to business to ensure business meet the objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:Work with operation business (about 800 people) and act as consultant to develop HR strategies, forecast future demands and provide HR solutions, such as staffing, L & D(training) , C&B, ER to support business development.

Responsibilities:•Staffing/Recruitment Work closely with plant management on plant staffing plan and define the qualifications and job nature for positions to support business growth. Work closely with recruitment team and other related department, Sr. Manager or expat to establish and improve hiring process and involved in interview of senior professional employees. Conduct monthly headcount and turnover statistics and analysis exit interview to better understand reasons for turnover. Submits the Monthly Headcount and Turnover Report to US(HQ) and German. •Training Orgnize and coordinate all the departments in training need analysis. Assist HRD in making training plan, training arrangement and budget. Conduct corporate orientations to employees related to company policies and procedures and other knowledge and skill training. Coordinate workshops to execute the training, and follow up, summarize and analyze the training for continuous employee development. •Compensation and Benefit/ Assessment According to corporate C&B system, fix the C&B for new comer and annual payroll review with the manager. Monthly middle-high level people payroll calculation and expatriates allowance and payroll calculation; annual bonus calculation. Monthly manpower statistics, analysis and budget. Assist HRD in making C&B plan according to Hewitt C&B report, and adjusting C&B system. Work with Deloitt to handle all the expatriates’ monthly IIT(Individual Income Tax). •Others Assist HRD in setting up the policies and procedure, plant regulations and/or operating procedure, implement and ensure compliance of that. Keep employ fair through the complain procedure. The manpower comparison between budget and actual in each fiscal year. Employee’s probation performance assessment and the Performance Development Appraisal each year. Lead team members to handle the HR issues.
