I use innovative approaches to improve the user experience and solve problems.I graduated with Merit in Design Innovation & Service Design from the Glasgow School of Art in 2020. Since then, I have been working as a UX Designer at Netease Game for almost three years. During my master's studies, I gained experience in service design by participating in social projects. Additionally, I have gained valuable commercial experience as a UX Designer at Netease Game.I have honed my skills in quantitative and qualitative research, co-design, information architecture, prototyping, storytelling, and user testing.
