Support APAC field Service Team keep high performance, as well as focus on cost saving.Work closely with NA team to make global programs work in an efficiency way.Support the localization /delivery of critical automation efforts in APAC  (Supply Chain, Service Center App, Scheduling, etc) Strengthen service center daily management, in the mean while simplify daily work, increase productivity.Find /dig into current field teams’ pain points/issues, problem solving both in short term and long term.

Drive requirements gathering and definition across all involved departments and processes (service, engineering, parts management, sales, etc.)Drive business process analysis and development closely with subject matter expertsproject-manage program road-map and communicate with all stakeholdersEnsure systems adoption and continuous improvement by incorporating all user feedbackBe the expert for the entire business program, and provide competent support to users, stakeholders, training and support teamsGather and evaluate feedback for continuous improvement of the management systemSupport with operational tasks to ensure the system provides all required functionalities for users

Responsible for the DP procurement business negotiation, system configuration, documentation, user training in the FAW-VW SRM upgrade project.

Responsible for SAP MM&SRM system daily operation, provide feasible implementation solution according to the business needs. Support Lenovo Victory Release GP/AP retrofit project, participate in SRM system enhancement project implementation and release support.
