1, Work closely with IHV partners to land Microsoft new features to partner products. 1) Work closely with partner on product requirement and project development. 2) Align partner schedule and launch plans with Microsoft new feature landing schedule. 3) Manage partner project during entire development cycle, take the lead to coordinate partner design reviews, technical support and trainings if needed; 4) Provide regular update on partner project development status to US feature team and upper management team. 2, As event PM to work with US team closely to land WinHEC event in Shenzhen. 1) Work closely with US team to plan topic and agenda for regular WinHEC event. 2) Lead and coordinate internally cross different account team to define booth candidates and lab topics. 3) Define and drive all landing plan & progress for WinHEC event from partner invitation, social messaging, demo booth, labs, design, rehearsal etc.. 3, As Windows Phone PM to driver product development launch and landing. 1) Define development scale according to customer requirement. 2) Organize internal and external meeting to review project status and try to coordinate all parties to fix the issues. 3) Create regular reports to v-team and upper manager team to report latest project status and highlight risks if exists.
