Major Responsibilities: • Report to Division Soucing Manager and there are 4 subordinates. • Accomplishes quality control human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Achieves quality control operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change. • Develops quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories. • Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality control procedures. • Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints. • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

This role would initially report to the General Manager China (dotted line report to APAC GM) and will be responsible for stabilising and developing the Sales, Marketing, Technical, Finance and HR departments in China. Further, you will have the following responsibilities: -Management of the our client’s laboratories in Shanghai and Beijing, and other regional sales offices and ensuring the business achieves budgeted EBIT and growth targets.-Working with the General Manager in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives and financial and operational performance of the business unit in China, whilst developing and maintaining client relationships.-The development of a marketing strategy that maintains current clients as well as provides for client growth and diversification.-Developing and implementing a pricing strategy that facilitates business goals whilst fostering a working environment that aims to increase quality, safety, productivity and efficiency through upgrading technologies, methodologies and processes.-Ensuring direct reports have suitable skills and training for the roles they are fulfilling and continually to provide mentoring to direct reports. 1.To organize the build-up and tests of prototype machines, components and systems with lab. Technicians.2. Evaluate and report the testing results to the product engineer.3. As you will be the first user of a new prototype machine, it will be your role to evaluate the user-friendliness and safety of new designs.4. Coaching of lab technicians for specific tasks.5. Contribute actively to the practical management of the engineering laboratory, including 5S of assembly areas and test cells and testing equipment maintenance.5. Realize “first time right” by proactive testing, i.e. testing with the aim to find solutions for serious problems and trouble shooting for production machine or field machine.6. Continuous and strong interaction with the other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group in Belgium or Spain, use same and agreed test processes and tools.

To achieve KPI of production by process optimization, quality incident trouble shooting and efficiency improving• Responsible for process management. Optimize the process parameters and working procedure to ensure the product quality.• To maintain and update the Product version and master recipe of product. Assist to investigate and analyze the production cost to assure accuracy in SAP.• To investigate the root cause of customer complaints and prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures.• To investigate the root cause of internal quality problems and issue the corrective measures and track the implementation.• Track the progress of rework to keep rework timely.• To track the production progress daily in order to increase the productivity and improve the quality by finding and correcting problems in time..• To maintain the labeling system in Lotus Notes.
