CS tasks• Receive, consult and support domestic and international inquiries via phone, email, and social channel (20 – 25 inquiries/ day)• Handle complaints & request from customer (85% satisfied)• Create SEO content • Call out to potential customers to get sale lead• Make general report for CS team every week.• Support translate content of website/ document/ announcement upon requestedHR-admin tasks• Do timekeeping record and manage leave of absence for the team (10 employees)• Receive and distribute calls, letter to suitable team

• Receive and handle guest’s booking inquiries, questions, complaints (via email or directly)• Manage online travel agent operation (Agoda, Booking.com …)• Make revenue month end reports as directed by supervisor• Coordinate with maintenance team / supplier in compliance with requirements / incidents• Carry out all operations (guest check in and out) and support guest when they stay at hostelHR-admin tasks• Reviewing and renewing hostel’s policies • Store and arrange guest’s profile logically• Order stationery and purchase hostel’s assets

• Scan CVs of candidate (with various major and year experience) and approve on the company’s system (about 400 CV/ day)• Consult applicants make a CV more attractive • Upload and manage job advertisement through tools• Screening interview then invite candidates to the interview (sale,… )• Send email before and after interview process• Search matching CVs with job description from database to support internal recruitment.• Join job fairs & events at Universities • Other admin tasks upon request
