Primary responsibilities:1. Manage international ESG and sustainability consulting projects, focusing on global clients and cross-border collaborations.2. Lead the development of new ESG-related products and services, driving innovation and expanding business offerings.3. Provide digital solutions for ESG information management, enhancing client reporting and analytics capabilities.Additional expertise:1. Expert in global ESG reporting standards (GRI, IFRS, TCFD, TNFD) and familiar with regulatory requirements of exchanges in the EU, Hong Kong, Singapore, and mainland China, as well as EU regulations like CSRD and EUDR.2. Deep understanding of ESG rating methodologies (MSCI, Refinitiv, Morningstar, S&P) and experienced in CDP and EcoVadis questionnaires, including scoring processes.3. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders and clients to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.4. Skilled in selecting and managing vendors and external partners for complex, technically demanding projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Achievements:1. Led or participated in over 25 ESG projects, taking the lead on 8 key initiatives so far.2. Led ESG consultancy for Suzhou Industrial Park, supporting the development of a district-level ESG digital management platform. Delivered comprehensive services, from ESG surveys and corporate consulting to policy advisory, customized indicator development, questionnaire design, and scoring methodology creation.3. Developed AIGC and digital tools to improve departmental productivity and streamline workflows.
