I am a skilled food scientist and analytical chemist with experience in developing novel food products and extensive expertise in evaluating food and food material (especially starch and polysaccharide) using analytically chemical and physical analyses with HPLC (HPSEC and HPAEC), DSC, RVA, C-VOR rheometer, UV spectrophotometer, light and polarized light microscopes, protein analyzer, and data analysis with SAS, Minitab, DoE, PCA and PLS in SIMCA, MATLAB, Microsoft Office, et al. I have passion on innovation, technical service, method development, project execution, experimental design and, data evaluation and reporting. My colleagues consider me as a structured team player and also a proactive, task-driven self-starter, eager to solve problems.
