• Established an Enterprise AI Governance Program at CVS to implement the Responsible AI Framework across all CVS Health Lines of Business (LoBs). Translated abstract Responsible AI (RAI) principles into actionable and operational solutions to support various use cases enterprise-wide. Led a technical team dedicated to algorithm bias testing and red-teaming for both conventional AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) model use cases.• Operationalized RAI practices for the CVS AI community, facilitating advanced technology adoption for innovation. My team developed and open-sourced LangFair (GitHub repository), a technical framework to detect LLM bias and stereotype risks at the use case level. We also created multiple technical toolkits for internal use, including tools for red-teaming, model drift identification, and hallucination detection.• Collaborated across various functions including Data Science, Digital, IT, Business Units, HR, and third-party vendors to drive AI enablement. Developed a GenAI insights reporting tool that tracks GenAI usage across the enterprise and provides actionable insights to inform executive leaders on GenAI strategies and adoptions.• Partnered with risk domain executive leaders include Chief Data Officer, Chief Privacy Officer and functions from Info Security, Legal Intellectual Property, Legal Litigation, Medical Affairs/Patient Safety, Procurement, Cloud Engineering, and HR to comprehensively address AI-related risks and impacts.• Led the drafting and publication of the company's AI policy framework, articulating the vision of RAI principles at CVS. The framework covers topics such as model transparency, human agency, model lifecycle management, AI citation and attribution, AI workforce training, AI risk assessment, and codified AI governance chain-of-command, operating model, and processes.
