Ltd. in its secondary sale of its stake in China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited, a company listed on HKSE, which raised gross proceeds of HK$15.4 billion.

• Advised several Singapore blockchain technology start-up companies in successfully launching their digital token offerings, including advice on regulation of capital markets products, payment services, recognised market operators, personal data protection and anti-money laundering. • Advised a Singapore manufacturing company in the sale of its company and subsidiaries to a multinational company for a consideration exceeding S$50 million. • Advised a state-owned Malaysian company in its acquisition of a multinational manufacturing company, including its Singapore company, for a consideration exceeding RM311 million. • Presented on the regulations relating to blockchain and fintech as a panel member on the panel discussion conducted at 80RR FinTech Hub. • Advised and assisted clients on employment and immigration law matters, including the preparation of employment and service bond contacts, fair employment practices, termination of employment, applications for work passes and related passes, and renewal of permanent resident status.

• Assisted a multinational telecommunications software and services provider in reviewing technical service agreements, statements of work and change requests for the provision of operations support systems and rating and billing manager services to telecommunications providers in the Asian region.• Contributed a series of practical guidance notes on legal issues relating to personal data protection, e-commerce and social media for LexisNexis.
