Moreover, I've taken on a pivotal role in fostering support for Club HEAL by orchestrating and executing diverse fundraising programs, events, and initiatives. My journey in this position has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to contribute significantly to Club HEAL's mission of aiding individuals with mental health issues while continually evolving my skills in corporate communications.

Founded with the vision of creating happy memories for children everywhere, The Happy Tots (thehappytots.sg) is a play-based learning toy store that provides a collection of toys and books specially curated for your little ones to fill up their play worlds.Committed to my love for children and role as an early childhood educator, I started this humble start-up to continue my passion towards nurturing bright, inquisitive young minds and creating happy memories outside of the classroom in a child’s early years. The meaningful interactions with the little toddlers at school has brought so much joy to me and made me realise the importance of play in their learning. I also observed the toys that they played with the most and would inculcate them to my lessons to make learning much more fun - giving me the inspiration to curate a unique collection of toys and play worlds at The Happy Tots. Hence, I started The Happy Tots to give these little ones the fondest of memories with toys that are fun and simple to interact with, yet being able to be played in many ways across varying age groups. I strongly believe that children are full of imagination and with the right toys, they can stimulate their creativity and development. I also believe that play is essential for a child’s growing up years and I hope that our curated collection of toys, books and more will bring happy thoughts (memories) as they grow into amazing individuals.As a business owner, I oversee the strategic direction and growth of the business as well as the financial and operating performance of the business. I am also responsible for the overall marketing plan for the business. I carry out plans for promoting, production, sales, and budgeting for the business. I also develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness. I am working with different marketplaces for growth and sales opportunities. As a lead teacher, I manage a class of 10 to 15 students aged from 2 years to 4 years old in activitiesdesigned to promote social, physical and intellectual growth. I planned and delivered programmes in accordance with the school’s philosophies, guidelines and frameworksI prepared and implemented engaging activities and programmes with age-appropriate teaching aides. I built and maintained close partnerships with parents and provided regularupdates via parent-integrated app (ClassDojo). I established numerous activities that taught students self-reliance skills and independent learning.

As an English Teacher, I was in charge of developing daily curriculum for students between 18 months to 6 years of age. I taught English (phonics) and Math lessons using a variety of resources. I charted children's behaviour and collaborated with parents to support, guide and share in their child's growth and development. Epworth Community Services is a reputable voluntary welfare organisation that helps at-risk children and youths in their educational, social, emotional and moral development. In my role as a Community Relations Executive, I was mainly in charge of Marketing, Public Relations and Volunteer Management.In my marketing and public relations role, I worked alongside the community relations team to raise awareness of MCYC and ensure consistent messaging is delivered across all pre/post-event communications. This includes from the conceptualisation stage to ensuring quality of outcome where planning, design and production of corporate/marketing collaterals converge. I had a hand in proofreading corporate newsletters, annual reports and brochures, and provided content and photography assistance. During my stint, I established strong working relations with educational institutions, partners for sponsorship support and retained interests of volunteers.I was also active in managing MCYC's social media page through content contribution and also contributed to relaunch of their corporate website (include designing and idea generation).In my volunteer management role, I generated appropriate volunteering opportunities to support MCYC’s various programmes, affiliated communities and interest groups. I conducted volunteer preparation and training courses for newly inducted volunteers, including supporting, matching of skills, and accrediting volunteers for their work. I held a dual appointment role with Xione Group and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)I managed external and internal communications within ACFE affiliated organizations such as ISACA, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA and ASIS Singapore members) and provided advertising and marketing support for sponsors, suppliers and industry partners.
