Hello every interviewer, this is Xueyang Wang. It is my honor to introduce myself and applied the job of supply chain controller in BASF. I am 24 years old and I recently graduated from Monash University. I am expected to graduate with a master's degree in business which has a specialization in risk management in December 2020. I have graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a Bachelor's degree in Habour Engineering. I have several club experiences during my undergraduate study. As play the role of president in several clubs, I have developed the skills of teamwork, critical thinking, time management, and innovation. I also have some experience with internships in several companies. From the experience of Shanghai Kaiyi Paper Co., Ltd.，my job is supply chain intern. From this work experience, I have learned how the supply chain works in the real business world. Meanwhile, the experience from RPO also helps me understand how the human resources supply chain works in reality.I also developed several skills during my postgraduate study. As I am studying abroad, my experiences are different from my study in China. I learned to critically think about the knowledge which the teacher teaches us and ask questions when facing some difficulties. I also learned how to efficiently manage my time which balances the study and life. I have got great marks on most of my major units. I learned the theoretical knowledge and skills in risk management. Thanks to my education and working experiences, team workability is what I am good at. Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers can be an advantage for me. Moreover, I have a strong ability to learn new knowledge. I am self-studying FRM and also prepare for the exam. Due to studying with foreign teachers and students, I have considerable bilingual communication skills, good writing skills, and reading skills in English. Meanwhile, I am strong with the application of office software such as word, excel, and PowerPoint. I also have skills in data analysis by using R Studio.I do believe that I am qualified for this job as I have some experience working in the real supply chain as an intern and I would like to explore more fields in supply chain management in different industries. I am passionate about my work and always be attentive and curious.
