Collaborated with product, development, and system integration teams to deliver multiple payment channels, coupon/voucher claim, and settlement solutions. Negotiated payment business contracts, led RFP and procurement process, and launched the 1st integrated payment ecosystem in the domestic resort industry, reducing intermediate processes and operation costs.2. Project Management: Led overall payment project planning and tracking, managing all applications and infrastructure development processes and vendors related to payment.
