With over ten years at Crocs, I have been taken multiple roles in the overall supply chain organization. Mostly working in project-based function and leading various supply chain development initiatives and projects. The typical examples are SAP implementation, new EMEA distribution center establishment, factories integration, global planning process optimizing and o9 planning system implementation, etc.

- Set up and ensure implementation of Supply Chain development opportunities and projects as a result of translating challenges in Supply Chain Best Practices, analysis of Supply Chain performance or trends in Supply Chain. - Identify continuous process improvement and perform operation audit on process compliance- Work collaboratively within the entire supply chain process and establish and document integrating standard routine.- Help organization executes change management, learning and development and training initiatives. I join Centocor BV (a Pharmaceuticals company of Johnson & Johnson) specially for a large project to build up a tax optimised supply chain between various Pharmaceuticals companies of Johnson & Johnson. In Phase I of the project, as representative of Logistics department of Centocor BV, I cooperate with other departments (i.e. Finance, IT), outside vendors and customers (inside and outside Johnson & Johnson). My main activities are:• Documenting all logistics flow both local as well as for the supply chain • Writing work instructions and SOP for the new logistics process • Changing existing work instructions in line with the new process • Create test scripts for days in a live testing, to test all logistics flows • Create new shipment documentation set for key materials • Support logistics departments in Leiden as well as Zug • Representing logistics in international conference calls and live meetings I own the Phase II of the project and take the responsibility at Centocor. As an extension of Phase I, the second phase is the last phase of the project and will be completed in January 2011.

I joined TNO Mobility and Logistics, Delft, The Netherlands, in 2007 as supply chain logistics consultant. My main field of expertise is supply chain resilience, supply chain security and risk management, the impact/consequence of supply chain disruptions to enterprises’ business continuity and supply chain process, and the strategies to be resilient. The companies that I have been cooperating with (in projects) as a consultant at TNO logistics include DHL Global Forwarding, NXP semiconductors, FloraHolland flowers, Kuehne + Nagel shipping and logistics, etc. I also involve the projects of Dutch and international logistics/supply chain organizations like EVO, TLN, ISO, ASIS (USA) and European Commission. Furthermore I am one of the two experts who were nominated by NEN (Nederlands Normalisatie-instituut) as the representative of The Netherlands towards institutionalization of ISO28002 “Resilience in supply chain”.
