My name is Xurui Chen, and am a current graduate student of NYU center for urban science and progress. I obtained a bachelor's degree in statistics and is currently furthering my studies in data science. The motivation is to apply my technical knowledge to solve practical real world problems. I've had experience as a data analyst intern in Kingdom group. There, I used Python to connect database and output the analysis reports. I was also a research assistant in two teams that focused on natural language progress and Medical Imaging respectively which equipped me with the relevant skills in the mentioned domains. I am proficient in quantitative analysis and is technically equipped with data science skills such as Python, R, SQL, data analysis and machine learning. I am currently looking for a data science job.
