In my research, I focus on applying advanced generative models, such as diffusion models and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), to analyze sequencing data (e.g. breast RNA-seq data). By leveraging these models, I aim to generate realistic, high-dimensional representations of RNA expression profiles, which enables the identification of biomarkers associated with breast cancer. It allows for a deeper understanding of gene expression patterns and the discovery of potential biomarkers that may be crucial for early detection, prognosis, and personalized treatment of breast cancer.
