- Providing Human Factors support to cross functional program teams for development and innovation;- Leading human factors engineering and research projects to contribute to the design of new and existing products;- Conducting user studies and heuristic evaluations in areas of software, hardware, and medical products;- Interacting with business stakeholders to identify HF opportunities, evaluate user interfaces, and validate technologies;- Sharing usability findings and design recommendations to influence technical decisions and strategy;- Supporting less experienced human factors engineers with technical supervision.

- Identifying and gathering user needs and requirements from various business units;- Designing and conducting user studies (focus groups, paper prototyping, surveys, interviews, usability testing, etc.) tovalidate and evaluate the innovative experience design;- Incorporating findings from user studies into product design and iteratively improve the design concepts;- Presenting usability recommendations to the development team and stakeholders;- Serving on the patent review committee.
