New Product Development - Business Platform- Develop product strategy and roadmap for top priority product, an online-to-offline global e-commerce service (Fulfillment by Store), from end-to-end. - Work with 3rd partner vendor and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business Development, Legal, Operations, etc) to drive all executions of product improvement, including but not limited to defining KPIs, machine learning systems implementation, UI/UX design and marketing/branding strategy. - Launched the first iteration in one month and quickly grow the business globally. In 3 months, the product has reached 7 countries, with fully automated B2C user flow and 400% MoM revenue growth rate.- Driving to recover the existing oversea warehouse product from slow-growth. Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to re-align on the OKR and top-line goals. Focus on user acquisition and market growth by targeting new user segmentation, building up robust customer support flow, redesigning the user experience and better vendor selection and pricing model, etc

- Defining key metrics and building dashboards to support a variety of teams (Content & Discovery, Video, Comment, Ads, Finance, Partner, etc.) within the company- Leading exploratory analysis, providing/managing ongoing specs for cross-functional projects, and driving product change for core user experience, video distribution, content safety, account security, advertiser experience and 3rd party vendor evaluation and integration.- Working closely with the engineering team to build/implement new tools and features. Keep content quality healthy by shutting down tens of thousands of low-quality contents/spammers/fraudsters through automation solution and saving millions of potential losses every month
