- Led product team to provide users with the best user experience of food delivery, grocery shopping, meal planning, and other services;

- Built merchants & product data service platforms from scratch, providing a complete set of data infrastructure services to different business lines;- Established the data product team, developed the data collection and cleaning system, data tracking system, and data recommendation system to provide data services for retail, food, delivery, and other business lines;

Reached more than two thousand transactions within 6 months.- Participated in Singapore IMDA’s e-Commerce program to establish a Retail Service Framework (RSF). , which was implemented into ShangMarket e-Commerce platform and 3 logistics service providers’ systems. - Managed project team to help more than 20 traditional Singapore SMEs to set up their online stores to start online business and Implementing integrated mobile POS system with 7 merchants.

- Managed development team to design and set up government official website – www.mohurd.gov.cn, which is comprised of content management system, one-stop eService systems, analysis system, data centre, security system, etc.- Raised the rank of the website from 70 up to top 20 in China National Government Websites (2005-2013).- Successfully managed more than 8 national information technology projects, all released on schedule, with high quality and satisfaction.
