Key responsibilities- Key contributor during setting up of new C2C business vertical; Reebonz Closet- Successfully increase the sales of the pre-owned vertical by at least 40% through analyzing customer’s spending pattern - Participate in quality assurance to ensure all business requirements and standards are met- Proactively seek new opportunities to grow the business and maximize company's profit- Manage the P&L for luxury bags department in Reebonz Closet- Plan and execute sell down strategies- Work closely with sales manager to handle high net worth clients who are looking to purchase luxury bags like Hermes- Develop marketing strategies and analyze sales statistics and projections through spreadsheets and graphs- Conducts price and trend research for high-end brands and source for items that are in demand and have been sold out (e.g Hermes and Chanel)- Go on buying trips and responsible for analyzing sales targets and managing OTB budget for pre-owned department- Authenticating and controlling prices of luxury leather goods and accessories- Craft and put together the contents required for The Reebonz Authentication Manual
