As one of the clinical supervisors of a growing and fast paced National Medicare Certified Home Health Agency I thoroughly enjoyed leading a great staff of caring professionals. I am making a courageous leap in stepping away in order to allow myself a little more time to enjoy home and family. I am now on a five year plan toward retirement from a terrific career in the Nursing profession. I will continue to seek gainful employment where my wisdom, skill and ability will be utilized but not at such and intense pace. I have much compassion and ability to offer with years of experience in many areas of the Medical profession. I am looking forward to what lies ahead.

A beautiful local community, family owned and faith based continuing care retirement campus for senior living, rehabilitative care, DD, AFH and Skilled Nursing Facility. I was blessed with the opportunity to assist in the development and growth of their Medicare certified Home Health addition. A small staff of caring professionals are attentive to their clients and provide professional care in the most personable way.

While residing with my sister to assist in the care of our aging Mother on Hospice I enjoy my position as the Clinical Director of a Private Duty Home Health Agency that serves the greater Puget Sound Area in Western Washington. I supervised a Licensed Nursing staff of 6 terrific and seasoned LPN's, coordinate the client care provided by our staff of 40 plus Certified Nursing Assistants for in home custodial care and provide professional oversight for a Specialty Memory Care Assisted Living. I commend all our staff for the dedicated and tireless services they provide to the grandmothers, grandfathers and many seniors who have made a wonderful contribution to our society.
