- Develop and automate standardize reporting, dashboards and scorecards including interactive reporting.- Work closely with sales team to measure ROI of various promotional programs.- Create standard and ad-hoc reporting using SQL and build self service analytics system for all levels of business.- Construct native SQL queries (T-SQL, SSIS) and store procedures to preload data into staging areas.- Evaluate marketing return on investment (ROI) and distinguish budget- direct proposals for strategic campaigns and customer promotions.- Create and deploy customized CRM surveys to consumers to better understand consumption habits and enable the development of successful cross-platform strategies.- Present findings to management using PowerPoint.- Re-Engineer processes to ensure macro alignment.- Execute complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of distribution channels.- Develop and maintain key metrics for evaluating value of entire CRM organization and contribution to overall ZPVN business.- Collaborate with business leaders to identify product margin opportunities and set goals.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of transport freight pricing, understand why both negative and positive variances happened, and translate this into implications and actions, presenting findings to senior team members and stakeholders.- Drive reporting using available technology (Tableau, Power BI, Power App, Data Flow)and develop technical solutions for an effective, efficient data analytics platform.- Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests.- Ensure timely and accurate data that provide management information and analysis of function performance (key performance indicators, metrics).- Develop with colleagues for more specific understandings of the business and offer mentorship or technical solutions to solve business problems.

- Consolidate sales demand - supply plans from various departments to make allocation for Sales Departments based on actual business situation.- Evaluate and define business metrics by building and socializing decision tools (dashboard, reports) to help department heads to identify big lost and improve the sales process with clear implementation.- Tracking, analyzing and interpreting trends in sales, stock and products.- Collect market and competitor information to analyze market price, trend and suggest action plan to Top Management. Leading regular communication efforts with sales and client in order to understand the reasons behind the trends and provide insight to make strategic decisions.

- Cooperating with sale team to build sale plan and create a list of products launched annual and monthly/weekly report sales progress to director.- Ensuring profit rate of orders within the allowable level. Analyzing profit of varying products to propose potential product set.- Make plan for logistic and warehouse team to arrange delivery, proposing reproduction the best seller products or coordinating with stock and stores on arrangement for delivery, to minimize inventory cost.- Track the sell in-sell out of Supermarket channel - Online channel, and double check with sales team.- Survey market demand, market price.- Closely monitor the promotions, gifts, incentives and policy scheme.- Designing, managing and delivering report structure in Powerpoint/ Excel (template, input data, customized data)
