Cardex application is integrated with multiple services like OBIEE, JDA, EDI, Ecommerce and WMS. WMS plays a major role in this project. A Warehouse management system (wms)is software and process that allow organization to control and administer warehouses operations from the time goods or materials enter a warehouse until they move out. Operations in a warehouse include inventory management, picking processes and auditing. Warehouse setup entry project as separate modules. each module contains sub modules and most important modulo the client is for enhanced warehouse setup, which contains all reports of the respective module.Responsibilities:Hands on experience in enhancement and support activities in Unibasic and Unidata applications. Analyzed the requirements received from the client, designing solutions, code development, testing and providing solutions to the issues. Coordinate with various teams and resolve support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes. Perform RCA for the new issues and create a new problem ticket in service now tool. Work on the recurring issue defects and implement in production to reduce the incoming ticket
