MCC build up, vessel leasing, arrangement and Bimco negotiation (CTV+MMO+Guard vessel+CSV+CLV…etc.), offshore ship to ship bunkering.4. Local interface between T&I team and internal/external cross package/company including but not limited to supporting with contract negotiation and local partners coordination.5. To support equipment importation, VISA and all relevant permit which equipment/spare parts made in China for T&I team.6. Port, government authorities and Construction relevant local permit management.7. Local interface for all Taiwan authorities/stakeholders, government organizations and port authorities, e.g. MPB (including VTS), TIPC (including TIPC port emergency response group etc.), Coast Guard, fishery association (fishing man coordination), other authorities including NCC (for offshore Communication permit), EA (support), OCA (support)..etc.

ChangFang & Xidao Offshore Wind Farms1. A high level of collaboration between each package (WTG, FOU and CAB) and the wider Project, including internal and external stakeholders. 2. Coordination of offshore operations during offshore construction phase (vessel coordination and planning, HSE, Windfarm Commissioning). take on various tasks and topics, handle project flexibly at different stage to support the Package Manager proceed have over. 3. Manage the Contractors to ensure delivery of the WTG and FOU align with fabrication method. lead and guide Contractors in support of the commissioning of the WTGs, until hand over to the Cable Manager, and liaise and support the wider commissioning.4. Responsible for ensuring the each package complies with the Project commissioning plan5. To support other Packages (WTG, Cables and Foundations) on construction/pre-assembly port works and support with general EPC works for the EPC team including but not limited to supporting with all Taiwan authorities regulatory/compliance works related the construction and commissioning. e.g. Harbor/wharf construction, quayside build up, pre-assembly site construction etc.6. Lead the internal liaison with relevant stakeholders to support on-time delivery of the manufacturing and commissioning scopes and compliance with Project policies and procedures.7. Collaborate with the Commissioning to ensure synchronized to the energization and commissioning of other wind farm assets.8. To support solving issues arose during construction including developing and executing engineering/commercial solutions. Work closely with QA/QC during manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the Works, coordinate relevant inspections and liaising with the Contractor’s and WTGs/FOUs to resolve non-compliance issues .9. Point of contact for maritime authorities/stakeholders including Taiwan MPB, TIPC (including port emergency response group etc.), Coast Guard, fishery association, BoE etc.
