Solid and comprehensive experience in marketing, social enterprises and government funding scheme. Leading the team to oversee the approved project and monitor the funding disbursement of the programme.Provide consultation to the funded enterprises and assess the progress of funded projects.Skilled in formulating and implementing project management and marketing strategies.Excellent project management experience and capability in managing cross functional projects.Possessed knowledge in stakeholder engagement including government, NGOs and industry associations, etc.

Conduct assessment of applications to the Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme(ESR Programme). Adminstrate funding agreements with proponents of approved projects.Monitor the funded projects, funds disbursement and project implementation.Provide consultation,workshop, debriefing and training for the funded organizations. Provide support to the members of the Advisory Committee as required.

Conduct feasibility studies, financial reports and marketing researches on business proposals for funding small enterprises through “Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities through Small Enterprise" Project of the Social Welfare Department.Monitor the funded projects and provide consultancy services. Provide training programmes, workshops and briefing for funded enterprises in marketing strategies, promotion and advertising campaigns. Manage customer portfolio and strengthen customer relationship.Formulate and implement award ceremony, seminar, workshop for NGO, social enterprises and commercial partners in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Oversee the marketing department for both China domestic retails and US/EU export business in fashion accessories (annual sales over HK$80M).Formulate marketing strategy to promote core products in China market. Implement the ERP application for reengineering of the workflow.Organize roadshows and exhibitions in Europe Trade Expo.Cooperate with R&D department for products development and administrate production.Monitor the quality management system and ensure China factory to be in compliance with ISO standard and other US/Europe safety requirement.
