Project: Cairn MBA ASP: Project Leader for EPC work for integrated well construction and surface construction facilities at number of well pads and hook up with Main control room at Mangla, construction of new well pads. Concept design, detailed engineering, procurement for establishing ASP pilot Projects at Bhagyam and Aishwarya oil fields at Barmer, Rajasthan, India with SNF france.Also, worked with KPMG for Asset Optimisation audit for VL facilities.

June 2008 to May 2010: Construction ans commissioning of the oil storage and pumping terminals including installation and commissioning of three Solar gas turbines at Viramgam, Cairn. With continuous monitoring, established an incremental oil gain of 1400 BOPD so far, only from two wells which are put on ESP against an estimate of 1000 BOPD from 3 wells at that particular platform  After the success of this strategy, a field wise program was prepared by me wherein 81 well identified for conversion to ESP spread over the 26 well head platforms located in Mumbai High. This also required extending of the electrical power from the process platform to well platform by submarine composite power cable for power & controls of ESP. I was actively associated with various groups to fine tune the bid package for power connectivity to well platforms. ESP bid package for selection, supply, installation & monitoring on performance based systems was prepared by me. At the time of my separation from ONGC, the works were either awarded or in advance stage of award.
