During my internship in the Procurement Department at ofi Private Label, I was responsible for several key tasks, including managing vendor relationships, tracking delivery schedules, and overseeing the entry of goods into the warehouse. My role involved creating and processing vendor registration, evaluating supplier performance, communicating with vendors regarding purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries. I also managed critical data related to purchase orders and regularly updated the import plan for smooth factory operations.Through this experience, I gained hands-on knowledge of procurement processes, improved my skills in vendor management, and enhanced my ability to handle real-time data updates in online Excel files. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I developed a strong understanding of coordinating logistics and optimizing the flow of materials. Additionally, I learned the importance of accuracy in data management and the impact of efficient communication in ensuring timely deliveries. This internship has been a valuable opportunity for me to grow professionally and refine my skills in procurement and supply chain management.
