Reporting to the Managing Director and Directors of the Company• Responsible for Corporate Services - office administration, finance, audit, accounting, tax, HR, IT, regulatory compliance and facilities maintenance.• Manage budgeting, asset management, cash management, payroll, financial reporting and audit.• Establish, implement and administer Company policies and procedures.• Responsible for internal financial, human resources and administrative procedures ensuring compliance to regulatory framework and best practices.• Contract management, including review, negotiating and processing of agreements/contracts with Principals, vendors, service providers etc.• Manage Company infrastructure – procurement, installation, administration and maintenance (IT, telecommunications, ERP systems, office equipment etc).• Manage Company HR functions – Employment contracts, HR Forms, Onboarding and Offboarding, New Hire recruitment and due diligence process.• Organise Company events and staff activities.• Coordinate Travel arrangements for Management and office staff.• Liaise with Banks to secure financing facilities.

Reporting to the General Manager Managing the Company Finance functions and perform full set of accounts. Raising invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders using Accpac, MYOB accounting system. Handling Tax, Accounting and any government regulatory matters eg. IRAS Audit, GST reporting Managing company cash flow, AR receivables and AP. Import/Export Letters of credits/documents and liasing with local and offshore banks for facilities.  Preparing monthly management reports and budgets for directors

Reporting to the Audit Manager Handle audit jobs of various sizes and industries. Perform statutory audit, secretarial documents. Handling Tax queries from IRAS. Perform Major Exporter Scheme Audit. Perform Stock take audit at supermarkets, warehouses, offices etc. Handle consolidation package for audit clients with Overseas Holding Companies

 Assigned to small/medium size companies. Involved in larger scale audit together with Audit Seniors. Performing audit tests on Profit & loss and Balance sheet items such as: Purchases/ Sales cut-off test, Unit cost/NRV test, CPF reasonableness test, Verifying existence of Fixed assets and etc. Performing Analytical reviews Drafting Financial reports Stock take-observing stocktaking procedures and taking into account cut-off procedures
