• To keep informative, accurate and up-to-date records, including records of progress and anybehavioural or developmental reports.• To liaise regularly with parents/carers about their children’s needs, interests and progress.• To attend parents’/carers’ meetings to allow two-way discussion of their children’s progress.• To contribute to and attend his/her supervisions and staff appraisal.• To attend regular team meetings.• To attend any conferences, training events or meetings as identified by the Manager and to keep upto date with current good practice.• To adhere to the Provision’s policies and code of practice on confidentiality.• To adhere to and undertake the Reflecting on Quality assurance scheme• To perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Manager.

• Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperaturechecks.• Supporting them to pursue hobbies and interests.• Helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, writing a shopping list, going shopping ormaintaining their housingtenancy.• Becoming both a role model and companion to the individual and uncovering shared interests, suchas hobbies and outings.
