I am passionate about healthy living and helping others improve their quality of life. I have worked with diverse client populations in various settings, which has enhanced and expanded my skills. Through my educational and employment experience, I have gained extensive knowledge about rehabilitation programs for different injuries and diseases, as well developed manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy and PROM. Promoting healthy living through physical activity and proper nutrition is important to me. Extending my knowledge and support to those around me is gratifying, but more importantly can prevent chronic diseases and conditions associated with poor lifestyle choices.
