Work closely with Design Engineers on Power Management products from start to finish. Check bonding diagrams, package types. Order test sockets for ATE and bench test boards. Write test software on ATE to test new Power Management devices. Sort new wafers for evaluation. Check all functional blocks of the new devices. Do characterization new devices, Write Final test software for production test oversea. Make sure oversea production running smoothly.

Write test programs for Switchers and Controllers on LTX tester.

Write test programs for LDO Voltage Regulators, Controllers, Switchers, ASIC and RF devices on TMT and RF testers.Receive 2 employee awards,

Take full responsibilities of product engineering, test engineering, application engineering and many other areas of engineering such as quality assurance, failure analysis and manufacturing. Direct interface with design engineering and involved in all phases of new product developments and manufacturing. Develop and improve new test systems and implement new test programs. Prepare new product data sheets and application notes. Troubleshoot and identify any device or test system related problems and implement solutions to ensure a smooth flow of productions.
