In 2009, I completed my bachelor degree at University of Indonesia with an outstanding result and I continued by working at Accenture for 3 years, where I learned on how to solve the issues and to improve the business performance of my clients. Then I decided to move to Shell, where I have bigger responsibilities now in managing both people and projects. I actually enjoyed my jobs as I always have the freedom to conceptualize my own thoughts and to envision them in order to achieve the company’s objectives, while having the ability at the same time to network effectively throughout the organization internally and externally.
