- Provide professional and accurate information to customer enquiry about order status, shipment details, as well as invoice- Manage quote to order process- Verify information on purchase orders, including pricing, incoterm, and payment term- Accurate data entry into Oracle system- Fulfil orders, including order entry, order change, timely shipment and invoicing- Work together with internal team (Sales, engineer, frontdesk, KGSO, BPA) in order to meet customer expectation in compliance with all resolutions, regulations, rules and ethical standards- Handle multiple countries' orders (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar)- Utilize AWS and Salesforce to perform daily task

- Involved in NPI project (WC: Tesla) - Ensure the shipment able to dock on time to avoid any line down situation- Communicate with China counterpart to ensure the smooth business process and clear flow down during NPI stage- Responsible for sourcing new supplier for localization- Participate in negotiations with material vendor- Coordinating communication between suppliers, engineer, and project manager to facilitate shipment/ business process- Drive continual cost reduction by identifying cost-effective sourcing solutions, and managing usage- Identify gaps, risks and propose solutions to meet the needs of customer

- Responsible to arrange shipment and ensure a smooth process of the shipment- Provide relevant information to customer and keep them updated on the shipment- Have basic knowledge of using SAP system and have learned about disposition for different situation
