Dr. Dong is a tax senior manager of Shanghai Tax and Business Advisory Services Group in Deloitte China with over 12 years extensive tax practice experience. Providing tax and business consulting service for SOE, LNE and MNEs in a wide range of industries including finance, oil industry, IT, iron and steel industry, telecommunication etc. Dr. Dong specializes in providing IPO-related tax and business consulting service which includes Pre-IPO overall tax assessment and tax risk clearance, holding structure planning and business model arrangement. She also has experience in serving MNEs and large SOEs in tax consulting in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, operation reorganization, overall tax assessments and tax planning. Specially, Dr. Dong has experience in large enterprise tax risk management and tax internal control.Before joining DTT，Dr. Dong worked in Tax bureau. She has experience in communicating with tax authority and owns extensive communication channels with SAT and Local tax bureaus. Dr. Dong is the core member of Large Enterprise Risk Control Team. Involved in drafting "Large Enterprise Tax Risk Management Guidance" and supporting the expertise service for State Administration of Taxation. Also the core member of Tax Communication and Tax Defence Supports team. Dr. Dong serves as tax specialist in Deloitte China National Tax Technical centre.Dr. Dong obtained the Ph.D. degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Economics and Finance in 2009 and is a Member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Chinese Institute of Registered Tax Accountants. Dr. Dong is part-time Master Instructor for Master of Taxation in Shanghai University of Economics and Finance.
