- Work with Seller Management Team to build a training strategy for our sales teams; responsible for SHEIN’s category management, focusing on developing category rules and bringing value to the category amit seller’s needs;- Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as Hunting, Incubation, and Account Manager to conduct training sessions on new features, sales positioning, and trends;- Responsible for seller self-registration project, work with the product team to do process optimization, revise seller’s qualification and cooperation standard. Helped recruit more than 15000 sellers under my standard and revision;- Core member of Price Control Project and Fashion Store Project, produce project training material for internal BD team and seller, launch price control campaign every week in the system, and revise seller’s fashion store application;- Project manager of Golden Idea Project which is aimed at improving employee innovation, motivation, and company process optimization.

- Helped Zoom and Skype to develop better video conference experiences, - Provide relevance and accuracy ratings for Shasta Maps to qualify it;- Helped Chelan improve the relevance of search results for music-related content.

- Used analytical platforms like Looker, Amplitude, mParticle, and QuickSight to create dashboards and reports to analyze customer behavior; efficiently supported the operation of customer acquisition retention team and logistics team;- In charge of data verification on Daily FUP, data acquired from Looker and fixed them when discovering inconsistent metrics to help create more accurate daily & monthly data and adjust targets accordingly;- Helped create documentation of Looker, identified active dashboards, and prepared for the migration of Looker to QuickSight.

- My role was highly varied and ranged across research, marketing, sales as well as connecting with many international health-tech businesses/start-ups and co-ordinating their entry into the UK healthcare sector via the Inbound Trade Mission Program;- I was in charge of the Inbound Trade Mission Program in France and the U.S., used Hubspot as the main tool to reach leaders in health-tech companies in these two countries.- Actively aided for the campaigns, conferences, shows, and European Health-Tech Innovation Week in May

- Received ten senior government officials from UAE Ministry of Economy and more than 70 entrepreneurs of UAE on behalf of Chamber of Import and Export Trade;- Coordinated the visit activities of those government officials and entrepreneurs and ensured reception and security work went on in order.- Arranged an interview with the Minister of Economic Affairs to share his opinion of the Belt and Road project and expectation of further cooperation with China.
