I provided review preparation for final exam.I organized bi-weekly tutorial sessions to go through already taught topics and to solve questions to provide students with complementary understanding. I provided notes, graded tests, entered and maintained grades of students.I set aside time to academically assist students in need.I constantly provided feedback on assignments before established deadlines.

I responded to inquiries and processed guests’ charges with a friendly but professional approach.I also oversaw customer service issues, handled complaints and gave reports to the management.

In this role, I appropriately handed the needs of customers during their visits to the banking hall by responding to inquiries and providing them with information. I also introduced customers to new products which resulted to high patronage thereby increasing the profit of the bank.
